Recognize the Roots

Take another look at radom, rage, and rasora. Do you recognize any roots you've learned before?

Hucu means command. It comes from Bahasa hukum and Arabic, Hindi, Urdu hukm, which mean law, command, ruling.  
Tai means lead, guide, like Mandarin dΓ i.
Tar means regulate, government, inspired by Arabic and Hindi tartΔ«b.

Here are other words with these roots:
antai = leader, to direct (action + lead), just like rastai = politics, politician (society + lead)
dohtar = regulation (enforcement + regulate), just like raitar = government (society + regulation)

Recognize the Roots

Take another look at wilgai, wiltan, wilyel, wimwa, and wimrih. Do you recognize any roots you've learned before?

🌍 Sound Connections

Tel means image, like English television and its variants worldwide.
Lua means flow, inspired by Arabic lujja (deep flowing water).

Here are other words with these roots:
ciutel = image (creative products + image), just like witel = map (geography + image)
poilua = current (liquid + flow), just like wimlua = river (natural geography + flow)

We also have four important words in this cluster:
Wilimel = west
Wirel = north
Wiyar = east
Winou = south
